Kamkake baking course

At Inderdalen Gård, we offer courses in kamkaka baking for anyone who would like to learn more about this local tradition. You will take part in a practical and enjoyable gathering where we go through the ingredients, the method and the baking process.

The course is suitable for anyone curious about local baking — whether you are learning for the first time, carrying on a family tradition or simply want to experience authentic farm baking in pleasant surroundings.

Many local food traditions only live on when someone learns them, uses them and shares them. That is why we want kamkaka to continue to have a place on the table in the years to come. Please get in touch if you are interested in joining a course.
